If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your order for a refund or store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping, or within 30 days for store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping.

Please note the following conditions for returns:
- Refund returns must be shipped back within 14 days. Any refund returns sent back after the 14 days will receive store credit, per our terms of use. All return options and return labels expire within 30 days.
- Items must be returned in their original, unmodified condition. Our return policy does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.
- We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.
- Refunds take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and process the returned items. Please note that it may take additional time to post your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used on the order. If the original payment method expires, the refund amount will be issued as a store credit to the Zenni account used to place the order.
- Store credit is applied directly to the Zenni account used to place the order. It never expires and can be spread across multiple orders.
- Once used, any store credit amount applied as payment can only be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping.
- Guest Checkout customers will need to open a Zenni account before items can be returned for store credit.
Manufacturing and Other Defects
If you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge. Defects in the anti-reflective (AR) coating and photochromic films are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of receipt. We are not responsible for damage caused by customer wear and tear.
How to Start a Return
To initiate the return process, please contact us within the return timeframes listed above with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the return authorization (RA) process and provide a prepaid shipping label. Please make sure to include the following items in your return package:
- Glasses must be returned in their entirety (frame and lenses), in the hard plastic case they were shipped in, along with any included accessories.
- To ensure a smooth return process, please consolidate all items from a single order into one return package and use the printable, prepaid return label provided with your return authorization.
- We do not claim any responsibility for any non-Zenni products returned to us.

- We apologize that repair services are not available. To keep your Zenni glasses and sunglasses in tip-top shape, we offer a repair kit for purchase that has everything you need, including a screwdriver and tweezers, an assortment of screws, nose pad replacements, and rimless frame parts.
Can I send my frame back for replacement lenses?
- We apologize that lens replacement services are not available.
Can I put my refund on a different credit card?
- As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used on the order. If the original payment method is expired or unavailable, then the refund amount will be issued as a store credit only to the customer account used to place the order.
